But when we accept the message that we don’t have…, I can’t…or not enough…, that’s where disconnection happens and energy drains.

We have to find a way to work with ourselves as cellular, connective, spiritual beings. Emotions are the language of the subconscious. 

When we create the balance to that, we can finally experience peace within ourselves energetic, cellular, spiritual harmony– because it is an inside-out kind of job. 

And I’ll be happy to tell you all about what brought me to this loving relationship with life (I’m an open book!) but this part isn’t about me. It’s about you.

It’s about you releasing the attachments and controlling, self-sabotaging stories at a subconscious systems level.

It’s about being open to doing internal work so you can free yourself from going down the same road so you can experience the life you’ve always wanted to live.

This work is a process of being and doing.

We’re shifting and being in ourselves so the actions manifest into what’s seen in the external world.

Hi, I’m Dr. Tanya L. Kindel, your emotional and energy advisor.

I first studied psychology from a deep religious trauma that lead to curiosity about humans, why we are here, God, and the energy realms that most of us do not see or feel.

After working with many different people in many different settings, I realized that everything is connected. The “experts” are just guides, but healing has to start from the inside and move out. 

When we internalize trauma or our gene codes into our identity and it becomes stuck in our bodies, no amount of outside force or influence can move it.

Take me for example. The birth of my daughter in 2015 was deeply traumatic to me, though the doctors would give it an A+ because we both were alive. However, the emotional, physical, and connective trauma snowballed inside me.

I almost died. I felt like I lost my body. It triggered so many insecurities that I wasn’t aware I was carrying deep in my subconscious from past messages, from my ancestors. I couldn’t breastfeed. I had postpartum depression and anxiety and I still had to work. It didn’t matter what I knew as a psychologist – my body was taking me through an emotional response and I couldn't stop it. My usual mental methods were not enough, and I knew there had to be more.

During this time, I was working closely with patients undergoing bariatric surgery. I noticed — despite their deepest desires, tons of education, changing food, increasing exercise, and even surgery — did not shift the subconscious patterns, which resulted in their progress being halted and them feeling stuck. My heart broke. 


So I began my exploration for new methods for body work and trauma. Reading Joseph Murphy’s “The Power of the Subconscious Mind”, Energy Psychology, Gabor Mate, Peter Levine’s “Somatic Experiencing, and Bessel van der Kolk’s “The Body Keeps Score.” Then Bruce Lipton’s the “Biology of Belief” had me geeking-out on the cellular science of the subconscious and our perception of reality.

In 2020, I looked in the mirror and started doing this internal work. I transformed my relationship with myself and how I experience the world. Finally, PSYCH-K® became the “missing peace,” the process that put it all together. I was expertly trained in a framework that was simple and effective to use in my daily life to create change. 

And my soul's purpose is to share this with you…

We don’t focus on problem overthinking — we talk about how you want to feel and how to embrace that, while being fully aware and compassionate of the resistance and vulnerability that comes with change.

There are tools and processes that can help, but there must first be an awareness that you’re open to change instead of searching for a diagnosis or an external “thing” to blame or “thing to cure”. 

The work we do together will look at the inside first, from an energy and subconscious level, so you can reestablish new pathways for this energy to go so it doesn’t keep bringing you down the same road. This creates the potential for change and shifts the emotional, energy, and cellular level of the body to respond to new beliefs. 

It’s a new way of women supporting women where it’s a process of being and doing. We’re shifting and being in ourselves and those actions become how we live in the external world.

How Can I Guide You to Subconscious Change That Shifts Your Whole Life?

  • Sessions can be in person or virtual if you live far away.

    We will focus on the present. I can offer a diagnosis for understanding and dive into the past for insight into the roots of the symptom, but the focus of sessions will be on identifying challenges and emotional blocks, and creating the potential for change in the present.

    Sessions consist of setting conscious intention and awareness, somatic and energy exercises to engage the subconscious and release, and creating action and practice plans to integrate the new potential.

  • As a clinically trained psychologist I am qualified and overly experienced in holding space for even the darkest and disturbing parts of all individuals. This is a safe place of non-judgement for all Parts and Shadows, especially the ones that bring you the most shame. I have worked in prisons, hospitals, and with the court systems. If there are more resources that are needed for safety, we will discuss that directly in session with compassion and care.

  • Then we start where you are at. There is no force. You are always in control of the flow of change. Awareness is the first phase of your Quest.

Societal fear often allows people to exist in the space of extreme blame of either the self or others, draining energy.
